Returns Policy

Policy Duration: 30 days

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Service must be completely unused
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Services

The following services are exempt from returns:

  • Demo sessions of yoga trainers
  • Sessions missed by yourself
  • Yoga Teacher Training Courses (once started)

Partial Refunds

Situations for partial refunds:

  • Personal trainer services where part of the service has been used
  • Partially completed training programs

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

  2. 2Refund will be processed
  3. 3Credit applied to original payment method
  4. 4Processing time: Several business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. 1Check your bank account again
  2. 2Contact your credit card company (posting may take time)
  3. 3Contact your bank (processing time varies)

Sale Services

Important: Only regular-priced services may be refunded. Sale services cannot be refunded.
